Facts You Should Know Before Applying
• As a Store manager, Shift Manager or Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work weekends.
• All Quality Dairy employees are required to work their regularly scheduled shifts. These will include holidays.
• All Quality Dairy employees are required to wear specified uniforms and must comply with the employee appearance standards. No tongue posts, visible pierced body jewelry (except earrings), multiple earrings are discouraged. Immoderate haristyles of questionable taste are not allowed. The uniform must cover all visible body art.
• All Quality Dairy employees are required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and may be called randomly for testing during their employment.
• The positions in retail are physically demanding, requiring you to be on your feet up to ten hours a day. Punctuality is a must since store co-workers rely on you to have the store ready for peak sales periods. All employees are expected to be at work on time.
• Quality Dairy has high standards for customer service and operations. Maintaining stores to our Quality Dairy standard means doing repetitive and routine tasks, including emptying trash, picking up the lot, mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, sweeping lots, working in walk-in coolers, sorting can and bottle returns, etc. All employees are required to complete tasks in scheduled hours.
